Meet our Hosts
Josh Catalano
First appearing on hit cooking show MasterChef (Season 1), Josh Catalano is now Perth’s resident fishmonger with culinary skills and the mastermind behind the Fish Boss in Perth. He’s a permanent part of the team on Caravan & Camping WA amongst other TV appearances on Fresh TV (Channel 7) and Fresh Escapes (Channel 7). Together with his family, he loves the outdoors, caravanning, camping and exploring what Western Australia has to offer. Josh’s skills as a talent chef add another level of depth to the caravanning and camping experience.
Jessie James
Known for her roles on Caravan and Camping WA, Fresh TV, Fresh Escapes, WA Weekender, and entertaining crowds at Crown Perth. She’s a motivated and charismatic individual; born-natural in front of the camera. She has a love for travel, and her portfolio in tourism television speaks for itself. Jessie has been a part of the team producing television around Western Australia and abroad for many years, always eager to set off on her next adventure.
